Ginger-Lemon-Honey Tea 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (sliced or grated) Juice of 1 lemon 1 tablespoon honey (optional) 2 cups water Instructions: Boil the ginger in water for 5-10 minutes. Strain, add lemon juice and honey, and drink warm. 2. Turmeric-Ginger Tea 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (sliced) 1 teaspoon turmeric powder or 1-inch fresh turmeric root (sliced) Pinch of black pepper 2 cups water Honey or lemon (optional) Instructions: Simmer ginger and turmeric in water for 10 minutes.
